  • Paint From Your Soul™ takes people on a transformational art journey combining archetypal wisdom and the spiritual side of art-making. It's deeper than any art class because the focus is on how art can reflect who you really are while an art class focuses on teaching techniques. 

    Paint From Your Soul™ teaches you to trust the image and follow "what wants to happen" helping you develop your intuition and self confidence. It's also a sacred space for like-hearted individuals to connect, unlike a Paint n Sip, which is a loud party scene.

  • Art supplies are provided for all in-person events.

    Supplies for virtual events:

    • 16x20" canvas 

    • Basic set of acrylic paints + raw sienna, burnt sienna or raw umber for skin tones

    • 1 medium sized brush, 1 small square brush, 1 small round brush

    • Matte medium [Gloss is fine if you already have it]

    • Piece of chalk

    • Palette (a paper plate will do!)

    Things you've probably got around the house:

    • Paper towel

    • Plastic fork

    • Paper and Pencil to sketch with

    • Washcloth that can get paint on it

    Optional

    •  easel, paint markers, marbles or balls that can get paint on them

  • There are 7 steps in the Paint From Your Soul™ framework that encourage you to build up layers of paint and infuse meaning in it so that your painting is authentic and represents the journey you went on to create it.

  • Paint From Your Soul™ is $299. Early bird pricing ($100 off) will be available for each scheduled event.


  • This event is for any Creative Spirit who feels creatively stuck or wants to create art that is deeply meaningful and comes from the soul. No experience is necessary - just a willingness to pick up a brush.

    If you'd like your art to be infused with deep meaning and purpose, I will show you a spiritual approach to art-making that will change how you view the creation process!


  • No, I am not in favor of critiquing artwork in general. I don't find it therapeutic or supportive of the art maker.

    We will share and process in small groups to receive feedback and inspiration as you go through the process.


  • No, for the specific process we are doing in this event, acrylics are necessary.

    I love all mediums, but acrylics offer a quick dry time and the ability to build up layers that we need for this experience.

  • Yes, I will be teaching you simple drawing and painting techniques that will help you create an image you feel proud of while also learning to listen to the wisdom of the image and trust what wants to happen.
